Jamaica Craft is a fast-growing specialty cafe brand known for its unique ambience artisanal menu and customer-centric experience We are expanding with upcoming outlets across multiple locations and are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to design plan and execute outlet spaces that reflect our brand identity while being practical and cost-productive Key Responsibilities Conceptual Design Develop creative architectural concepts and layouts for upcoming cafe outlets in alignment with brand guidelines and customer experience vision Space Planning Optimize seating capacity kitchen back-end areas service flow and storage for maximum efficiency Interior Exterior Design Select appropriate materials furniture fixtures finishes and lighting to enhance aesthetics and functionality Brand Consistency Ensure design reflects cafe s identity while adapting to local site conditions Technical Drawings Documentation Prepare architectural drawings 3D renders and detailed BOQs for execution Coordination Collaborate with contractors interior designers engineers and vendors to ensure smooth project execution Compliance Ensure adherence to building codes safety regulations and statutory approvals Project Management Monitor site progress conduct regular inspections and resolve design-related challenges Budget Timeline Management Ensure projects are completed within approved budgets and deadlines Requirements Bachelor s Master s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution Proven experience 3-7 years in F B retail hospitality or commercial outlet design Strong knowledge of AutoCAD SketchUp Revit 3Ds Max or other design software Understanding of HVAC electrical layouts plumbing and other MEP coordination Creative thinker with eye for detail and ability to balance aesthetics with practicality Excellent communication and project management skills Ability to work under tight timelines and manage multiple outlets simultaneously What We Offer Opportunity to shape the visual identity of a growing cafe brand Exposure to diverse cafe projects and creative freedom within brand guidelines Competitive remuneration based on experience Collaborative work culture with focus on innovation and quality Job Type Full-time Pay 11 826 72 - 30 792 78 per month Benefits Health insurance Work Location In person
