Key Responsibilities Recruitment Sourcing Understand hiring needs by coordinating with department heads Source candidates through job portals social media employee referrals and campus hiring Post job openings on various platforms and maintain job postings Screening Interviews Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews Schedule interviews with line managers and follow up on feedback Maintain candidate database and pipeline for future hiring needs Documentation Onboarding Manage offer letters joining formalities and induction of new hires Ensure timely collection and verification of documents Reporting MIS Maintain and update recruitment trackers Prepare weekly monthly reports on recruitment status Employer Branding Represent the company at job fairs campus drives and networking events Assist in developing strategies to enhance employer branding Compliance Policy Ensure recruitment practices are in compliance with labor laws and company policies Required Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Good knowledge of recruitment tools and software e g Naukri LinkedIn Familiarity with HR policies and labor laws is a plus Qualification Experience Graduate Postgraduate in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field Experience 1-3 years in recruitment preferably from consultancy Freshers with strong communication and internship experience may also apply Job Type Full time Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Work Location In person
