Job Title Mechanical Engineer - Machine Maintenance Location Coimbatore Department Maintenance Reports To Maintenance Manager Plant Head Job Purpose To ensure the smooth operation preventive maintenance and timely repair of all factory machinery and equipment to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency Key Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of machines and mechanical systems Troubleshoot issues and conduct timely repairs to reduce production interruptions Maintain records of maintenance repair and inspection logs Coordinate with the production team to schedule maintenance without affecting output Ensure all machinery complies with safety standards and operational guidelines Respond to emergency breakdowns and ensure minimum downtime Skills and Qualification Diploma or Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical Engineering 1-3 years of experience in a factory plant maintenance role Strong knowledge of mechanical systems hydraulics pneumatics and industrial machinery Hands-on experience in preventive and corrective maintenance Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 18 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Advantages Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Schedule Day shift Morning shift Application Deadline 13 08 2025 Expected Start Date 11 08 2025
