Job description Greetings from AIG Hospitals Gachibowli Inviting Application s for the roles of Anaesthesia OT Technician Interested candidates can come for the direct walk-in on dated 31-July-2025 Thursday to 2-Aug-2025 Saturday Skills Required Good Communication Skills Interpersonal Skills Professional knowledge Emotional stability and Time management JOB SPECIFICATION Educational Qualification Diploma B sc in Anesthesia OT Technician Course Experience Required 1 to 5 years Job Summary The OT and Anesthesia Technician is responsible for preparing the operation theatre and assisting in surgical procedures by supporting the surgical team with instruments sterile supplies and anesthesia equipment The technician plays a critical role in ensuring patient safety and infection control before during and after surgical interventions Key Responsibilities 1 Pre-Operative Responsibilities Prepare and sterilize surgical instruments equipment and operating rooms Check and set up anesthesia machines and ensure gas supplies are adequate Assist in positioning and transferring patients in the OT Confirm availability of required instruments and consumables Maintain aseptic techniques and infection control protocols 2 Intra-Operative Support Assist surgeons and anesthetists during surgeries Pass instruments to the surgeon and monitor surgical equipment Monitor patient vitals and assist the anesthetist in managing anesthesia delivery Handle emergency equipment when required 3 Post-Operative Duties Clean and sterilize surgical instruments and OT after each case Dispose of biomedical waste as per protocols Ensure documentation and records of procedures are maintained 4 Equipment Management Inspect and maintain OT instruments and anesthesia equipment Report malfunctioning devices to the biomedical department Ensure stock levels of OT consumables and anesthesia supplies Work Conditions Rotational shifts including nights weekends and holidays Exposure to surgical settings and potential biohazards Quick-paced and physically demanding environment Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Morning shift Night shift Rotational shift Weekend availability Work Location In person Job Type Full-time Pay Up to 400 000 00 per year Benefits Health insurance Work Location In person Expected Start Date 31 07 2025
