We are looking for a Project Coordinator - Civil Engineer with a strong foundation in civil site execution and office-based project coordination The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in both site and office environments and be proficient in technical software and project management tools This role requires someone with sound engineering knowledge excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams vendors and clients Key Responsibilities Coordinate and monitor project activities across site and office Prepare and manage documentation drawings reports schedules and permits Assist in material procurement subcontractor coordination and site inspections Prepare progress reports BOQ comparisons quantity estimations and client submissions Ensure work is executed as per drawings specifications and safety norms Follow up on project deadlines contractor deliverables and vendor commitments Handle correspondence maintain daily logs and coordinate meetings Liaise between site engineers consultants clients and the management Required Skills Software Proficiency AutoCAD 2D basic 3D understanding preferred MS Office Suite Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook Primavera P6 MS Project Project planning scheduling tools Strong documentation communication skills Ability to multitask prioritize and work independently Preferred Candidate Profile Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering Sibling Engineering Base Preferred Minimum 3 years of experience in both site execution and office coordination Valid driving license Two-wheeler or Four-wheeler is mandatory Male or Female candidates are welcome to apply Ability to travel to project sites if required Perks Benefits Market-competitive salary based on experience and current market standards Exposure to diversified projects and growth opportunities Professional and supportive work environment Job Type Full time Pay 8 086 00 - 40 816 69 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Work Location In person Expected Start Date 29 07 2025
