Job Summary We are looking for a talented and experienced Authentic Chinese Cook to prepare high-quality Chinese cuisine The ideal candidate must be skilled in traditional Chinese cooking techniques and dishes including both vegetarian and non-vegetarian items The candidate should be passionate about delivering authentic flavors with consistent taste and presentation Key Responsibilities Prepare a wide range of Chinese dishes including fried rice noodles Manchurian Hakka Szechuan Cantonese stir-fry and dim sum Use traditional Chinese cooking methods such as wok cooking steaming deep-frying and sauteing Maintain consistency in taste presentation and portion sizes Ensure proper storage labeling and handling of ingredients Maintain kitchen hygiene and follow all food safety protocols Collaborate with kitchen staff to manage food preparation and service timing Monitor inventory levels of Chinese ingredients and coordinate for replenishment Experiment and introduce new authentic Chinese items based on customer preferences Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 23 000 00 per month Perks Food provided Work Location In person
