Position Title Senior Accounts Executive Export Documentation Mandatory Location Ghaziabad Salary 25 000 to 30 000 CTC per month Experience Required Minimum 5 years Qualification B Com or M Com We are looking to hire a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive who can independently manage day-to-day accounting and financial tasks The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling export documentation statutory filings and vendor client payment coordination Key Responsibilities Manage daily accounting activities and maintain accurate records Prepare and file GST returns including GSTR-1 GSTR-3B and GSTR-2 Handle TDS deductions filing and ensure timely tax payments Maintain strong follow-up on client and vendor payments Prepare complete export documentation including invoices packing lists shipping bills and related compliance Carry out bank reconciliations RTGS and NEFT transactions Work on tax planning and assist in internal and external audits Generate MIS reports for management and support financial analysis Coordinate with other departments for financial data and documentation Proficiently use Tally ERP 9 and Advanced Excel for accounting tasks Required Skills Robust knowledge of accounting principles taxation and export norms Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 and Microsoft Excel Advanced Level Sound understanding of bank processes including reconciliations and fund transfers Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong organizational and time management abilities Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Paid time off Provident Fund Application Question s Do you have experience in Export Documentation If no Please ignore Can you join immediately Have you checked proper job description Are you comfortable with Salary Criteria which I mentioned Experience Accounting 4 years Required Work Location In person Application Deadline 29 07 2025 Expected Start Date 05 08 2025
