Key Responsibilities 1 Oversee and manage the daily operations of the site specifically focused on Wire Rod Mill and Bar Mill units 2 Ensure production targets are met as per quality quantity and timeline expectations 3 Supervise all technical and operational activities related to rolling processing and handling of wire rods and bars 4 Coordinate with Maintenance Quality Control and Safety departments to ensure smooth functioning 5 Manpower optimization and zero over stay 6 Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance activities are executed timely and efficient 7 Maintain all production and operational records ensure accurate reporting and data analysis 8 Implement and maintain compliance with ISO TPM and other plant-related systems 9 Ensure adherence to safety and environmental protocols across the site 10 Liaise with clients vendors and higher management for operations-related matters 11 Lead train and motivate a team of supervisors and operators for optimal performance Requirement - - Minimum 5 years - JNTVTI Certified - WRM Bar Mill experienced Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Perks Provident Fund
