Job Title OT Assistant - Eye Clinic Experience 3 Years Location Near Phoenix Mall Wakad Pune Salary Up to 45 000 per month based on experience and interview Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and dependable OT Assistant to support ophthalmic surgeries at a reputed eye clinic The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience assisting in eye operations such as cataract LASIK and other minor major procedures The OT Assistant will be responsible for maintaining OT standards preparing surgical setups and ensuring patient comfort and safety during the procedures Key Responsibilities Assist the ophthalmologist during surgical and minor procedures Prepare and arrange sterile surgical instruments and equipment Ensure the operating theatre is clean disinfected and ready for procedures Follow strict infection control and sterilization protocols Position patients correctly and assist in draping Monitor and maintain OT inventory surgical kits and medical supplies Assist in pre-operative and post-operative patient care Maintain accurate records of surgical cases and instrument usage Required Skills Strong knowledge of OT protocols sterilization and ophthalmic instruments Experience assisting in procedures like cataract glaucoma LASIK etc Good communication and coordination skills Ability to work independently and under pressure in a clinical environment High attention to detail and hygiene standards Job Type Full time Pay 11 003 12 - 35 968 27 per month Work Location In person
