Job Title Receptionist Organization Ojas Maxivision Eye Care Hospital Location Kandivali Timings 11 00 AM to 8 00 PM Working Days 6 days a week Job Summary We are looking for a courteous and qualified Receptionist to be the first point of contact at Ojas Maxivision Eye Care Hospital The ideal candidate will handle front desk operations patient coordination and administrative support ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all visitors and patients Key Responsibilities Greet and assist patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner Manage patient registration appointment scheduling and follow-ups Handle incoming calls emails and inquiries efficiently Maintain and update patient records in the hospital system Coordinate with doctors optometrists and other staff for patient flow management Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area Support administrative activities as required by management Requirements Graduate any discipline Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a receptionist or front office executive preferably in a healthcare setup Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Office and hospital management software Pleasant personality with a customer service-oriented approach Ability to multitask and work under pressure Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
