Electrapower Engineering a premier A Grade Electrical Engineering and Contracting firm is seeking a seasoned Senior Accountant The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the electrical contracting industry and the capability to manage accounting operations across multiple organizational structures Responsibilities Project Accounting Costing Implement and monitor project-wise job costing to track profitability for each contract Multi-Organizational Management Maintain separate books for multiple business units and handle inter-company transactions and reconciliations Statutory Compliance Ensure timely filing of GST returns GSTR-1 3B 9 9C and manage TDS TCS compliance Payroll Labour Welfare Oversee ESI PF and Labour Welfare Fund contributions for site workers and office staff Financial Reporting Prepare monthly Profit Loss statements Balance Sheets and Cash Flow statements for management review Banking Funds Manage Working Capital Bank Guarantees BG and Letter of Credit LC requirements typical for large electrical contracts Audit Coordination Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors to ensure smooth year-end closings Payables Receivables Verify vendor invoices against Purchase Orders and track client billing RA Bills to ensure timely collections Skillsets Software Proficiency Expert knowledge of Tally Prime and Advanced MS Excel Statutory Portals Hands-on experience with GST Income Tax and ESI PF portals Financial Analysis Strong ability to analyze budget variances and project financial performance Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with stakeholders and auditors Requirements Experience Minimum 5 years of core accounting experience Industry Background Specific experience in A Grade Electrical Contracting Construction or similar infrastructure industries Organizational Skills Proven ability to manage complex multi-entity accounting environments Location Mobility Ability to work from the Kochi office Vennala Chalikkavattom Education Minimum Bachelor s or Master s degree in Commerce Finance or Accounting B Com M Com Preferred CA Inter or CMA candidates Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 35 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Advantages Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
