Projects Head Position Overview The Projects Head will lead overall project management and operations for turnkey Pre-Engineered Building PEB and infrastructure projects This role involves strategic planning execution oversight resource allocation client management and delivery of projects within timelines budgets and quality standards Key Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple PEB and civil turnkey projects from inception to completion Develop detailed project plans including scheduling budgeting resource allocation and risk management strategies Coordinate and direct site engineers subcontractors consultants and vendors Ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved as per contractual obligations Monitor project financials identify cost savings and optimize resources Regularly interact with clients to ensure satisfaction resolve conflicts and address any issues proactively Implement and enforce project management best practices and safety standards across all sites Prepare detailed project status reports and present findings to senior management Qualifications Bachelor s Master s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience managing PEB and civil construction projects Proven experience handling turnkey projects with a value exceeding 10 crores Strong understanding of construction methodologies project management tools and industry standards Exceptional leadership negotiation and client relationship management skills PMP or equivalent certification will be an advantage Proficiency with industry-standard project management software Job Type Full time Pay 50 000 00 - 80 000 00 per month Ability to commute relocate Hyderabad Telangana Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Education Diploma Preferred Experience total work 6 years Required Work Location In person
