seeking a seasoned Delivery Leader with over 20 years of experience in the Business Process Outsourcing BPO industry specifically within the Healthcare Payer sector The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of collaborating successfully with global multi-location teams demonstrating significant leadership capabilities to foster strong partnerships and drive client success This role requires a forward-thinking professional who is well-versed in emerging trends and technologies shaping the BPO landscape including AI and data analytics The Delivery Leader will be instrumental in
