Job Summary We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to plan design and oversee residential commercial and mixed-use projects The candidate will be responsible for architectural design drawings coordination with consultants and site execution support to ensure projects are delivered on time within budget and as per quality standards Key ResponsibilitiesDesign Planning Prepare architectural concepts layouts and detailed drawings Develop working drawings GFC drawings and presentation drawings Ensure designs comply with local building bye-laws NBC norms and regulations Assist in space planning material selection and design detailing Coordination Coordinate with structural MEP and landscape consultants Work closely with interior designers project managers and site engineers Attend client meetings and incorporate design changes as required Site Execution Conduct regular site visits to ensure design implementation Resolve site-related design issues and provide technical guidance Ensure execution aligns with approved drawings and specifications Documentation Prepare BOQs area statements and project documentation Maintain drawing records revisions and approvals Support tender drawings and contractor coordination Required Skills QualificationsEducation Bachelor s Degree in Architecture B Arch COA registration preferred Technical Skills Proficiency in AutoCAD mandatory Working knowledge of SketchUp Lumion Revit or similar tools Basic understanding of construction methods and materials Knowledge of building codes and approval processes Soft Skills Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Good problem-solving and coordination skills Attention to detail and design sensibility Experience Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in architecture design firms Experience in residential and commercial projects preferred What We Offer Opportunity to work on diverse architectural projects Professional growth and learning exposure Team-oriented and creative work environment Job Type Full-time Pay 11 723 29 - 54 748 02 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
