Educational Counselor Location - MAAC Gurgaon Sector 56 Responsibilities and Duties Handle student walk-ins at the Centre Follow up on leads generated through various sources Converting tele-enquiries into walk-ins Handling Walk - in Telephonic and Online enquiries Counsel and guide aspiring students about the various study options available Admission Conversion to meet revenue targets for the centre Responsible for admissions and centre growth Networking with students through mails calls social media whatsapp etc To work in tandem with Managements strategies and plans for development of sales and marketing activities Co-ordinate with students for Seminars trainings admissions re-admissions and other associates for promotional activities Gathering and documenting customer information payment methods courses and reactions to products Resolving any concerns of students promptly satisfactorily Required Experience Skills and Qualifications Key Skills Good communication skills Excellent convincing power Knowledge for sales techniques Experience in Animation Multimedia field will be preferred Persuasiveness good listening skills and desire for achievement Passionate about sales Should be willing to learn and take up recent challenges Pleasing personality Self motivated Goal Driven Qualification - Graduate in any stream Opening only for Female candidates Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
