Key Responsibilities Develop maintain and update detailed civil construction schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project Prepare baseline programs WBS and resource- and cost-loaded schedules in line with contract requirements Monitor site progress identify delays and perform schedule variance and impact analysis Coordinate with construction engineering procurement and subcontractor teams to ensure effective planning and execution Prepare weekly monthly and look-ahead schedules progress reports and planning dashboards for management and clients Support cost control by tracking manpower equipment and material resources against planned targets Develop recovery schedules and mitigation plans to address delays and optimize project timelines Ensure compliance with project controls procedures quality standards and contractual obligations Participate in progress meetings and provide planning insights and recommendations Qualifications Experience Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering 5-10 years of experience in civil project planning and scheduling Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project Solid understanding of construction methodologies sequencing and project controls Experience working on large-scale civil infrastructure or building projects preferred Strong analytical coordination and communication skills Location Sholinganallur Contact no (phone hidden) Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Paid sick time Paid time off Work Location In person
