We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Network Engineer to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing implementing maintaining and supporting our network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance security and reliability Key Responsibilities Design configure and maintain LAN WAN and wireless networks Install support and troubleshoot routers switches firewalls and other networking equipment Monitor network performance and proactively resolve issues to minimize downtime Implement and maintain network security measures including VPNs firewalls and intrusion detection systems Collaborate with IT teams to support servers cloud services and enterprise applications Perform regular network audits documentation and compliance checks Provide technical support and training to staff on network-related issues Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field Proven experience 1-3 years as a Network Engineer or similar role Strong knowledge of TCP IP DNS DHCP VLANs and routing protocols BGP OSPF EIGRP Hands-on experience with Cisco Aruba or equivalent networking equipment Relevant certifications such as CCNA CCNP CompTIA Network or equivalent preferred Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 300 000 00 - 420 000 00 per year Perks Provident Fund Work Location Hybrid remote in Manesar Gurugram Haryana
