Operate milling machines manual conventional CNC if applicable in the tool room Manufacture modify and repair dies molds jigs fixtures and tools as per drawings Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications accurately Set up workpieces select cutting tools and ensure proper machine settings Maintain dimensional accuracy and surface finish as per quality standards Perform routine machine maintenance and ensure secure working conditions Coordinate with tool room in-charge and production team for tool requirements Measure components using vernier calipers micrometers gauges etc Follow safety quality and housekeeping norms 5S Skills Requirements Strong knowledge of milling machine operations and tooling Ability to work with tight tolerances Knowledge of materials steel aluminum alloys Basic understanding of heat treatment and Job Types Full-time Permanent Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
