Job Responsibilities Supervise and manage day-to-day production activities in the fabrication unit Ensure fabrication work involving channels angles SS sheets MS sheets aluminum sheets and hardware items is executed as per drawings and specifications Oversee press shop operations including handling and monitoring press machines Supervise welding activities and ensure proper welding techniques and quality standards are followed Plan and allocate manpower effectively handle and supervise shop-floor labour Ensure production targets are achieved within defined timelines Monitor quality safety and housekeeping on the shop floor Coordinate with management quality and dispatch teams for smooth production flow Required Skills Qualifications Sound knowledge of the fabrication industry and related materials Hands-on knowledge of press shop machines and welding processes Solid labour handling and team management skills Ability to read and understand fabrication drawings is an added advantage Experience in a manufacturing fabrication unit preferred 1 Years experience Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
