Role Summary The Recruitment HR Executive will manage end-to-end hiring for IT roles and support core HR operations ensuring timely talent acquisition and smooth employee lifecycle management Key Responsibilities Recruitment Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT roles developers testers analysts support etc Understand technical requirements and coordinate with hiring managers Source candidates through job portals social media referrals and networking Screen resumes conduct initial interviews and coordinate technical rounds Manage offer rollout negotiation and joining formalities Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports HR Operations Support onboarding and induction of new hires Maintain employee records and HR documentation Assist in attendance leave management and HRIS updates Support performance appraisal and employee engagement initiatives Ensure compliance with company HR policies and processes Required Skills Qualifications Graduate Postgraduate in HR Management or related field 1-4 years of experience in IT recruitment and HR operations Good understanding of IT technologies and roles Strong communication and coordination skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Proficient in MS Excel and HR recruitment tools Job Type Full time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
