Job Overview SHE RIDE is seeking an experienced and organized Fleet Manager to oversee vehicle operations driver coordination compliance and daily fleet performance The role ensures safe efficient and cost-effective fleet operations aligned with SHE RIDE Key ResponsibilitiesFleet Operations Manage day-to-day operations of company-owned and partner vehicles Ensure optimal vehicle availability and utilization Plan routes and schedules to improve efficiency and reduce downtime Driver Partner Management Onboard train and manage drivers including SHE Ride partners Monitor driver attendance performance and behavior Ensure adherence to safety and service quality standards Vehicle Maintenance Compliance Schedule regular servicing maintenance and repairs Maintain records for insurance permits RC PUC and fitness certificates Ensure vehicles comply with local transport and safety regulations Safety Quality Control Implement safety protocols and emergency response procedures Handle incident reports breakdowns and escalations Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards of vehicles Cost Performance Monitoring Track fuel usage maintenance costs and operational expenses Analyze fleet performance data and prepare reports Identify cost-optimization and efficiency improvement opportunities Coordination Reporting Coordinate with operations customer support and tech teams Maintain accurate fleet data and daily operational reports Provide insights and recommendations to management Required Skills Qualifications Graduate Diploma in Logistics Operations or related field 2-5 years of experience in fleet management transport operations Knowledge of vehicle compliance and local transport regulations Robust organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to manage drivers and handle field-level issues Basic computer skills Excel apps reporting tools Contact No (phone hidden) Email id hr citycraft in Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Work Location In person
