About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant Female to manage day-to-day financial operations maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure compliance with statutory and tax regulations The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally and Zoho Books robust analytical skills and a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality Key Responsibilities Record and maintain daily accounting transactions using Tally ERP and Zoho Books Prepare and maintain general ledgers journal entries and reconciliation statements Handle accounts payable receivable invoicing and vendor payments Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial reports Manage GST TDS and other statutory compliances Coordinate with auditors for yearly audits and financial reviews Track and manage company expenses petty cash and reimbursements Ensure accurate and timely closing of books of accounts Support management with financial data analysis and reporting Skills Qualifications Bachelor s Degree in Commerce Accounting or Finance B Com M Com preferred only classroom 2-5 years of accounting experience Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 Tally Prime and Zoho Books mandatory Knowledge of GST TDS and Indian taxation system Excellent command of Excel and MS Office tools Strong attention to detail time management and organizational skills Ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly Preferred Attributes Experience working with SMEs or service-based organizations Familiarity with Zoho ecosystem Zoho CRM Zoho Expense etc will be an advantage Valuable communication skills and team collaboration Salary Benefits Salary 25 000 - 30 000 per month negotiable as per skills and experience Performance-based incentives and annual bonus Paid leaves and festival holidays Learning and growth opportunities within the finance department Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Education Bachelor s Required Experience Accounting 3 years Required Language English Required Work Location In person
