Role description Identifying psychological and environmental factors contributing to accidents Applying psychometric tools and behavioural assessments to identify risk-prone patterns Designing and implementing strategies to reduce workplace accidents and injuries including elimination of CAUPs Designing and implementing comprehensive safety training programs and developing safety professionals to impact the human behaviour at shopfloor Working with leadership to build a positive and proactive safety culture Conduct BBS observations analyse unsafe behaviours and design interventions Skills Minimum 5-10 years of experience in industrial or organizational psychology preferably in a manufacturing mining or heavy engineering setting Proven record of implementing behavioural change programs or leading psychological safety initiatives Other details Master s PhD in Industrial Organizational Psychology Applied Psychology or Behavioural Science Additional certification in Counselling Behaviour-Based Safety or Emotional Intelligence preferred
