Admissions Counseling We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Admission Counselor Kannada to join our team at Chennais Amrita Group of Institutions Chennai The ideal candidate will be passionate about education and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills You will play a crucial role in attracting and enrolling qualified students by providing comprehensive information about our programs and guiding prospective students through the admission process Responsibilities Provide accurate and comprehensive information about programs eligibility criteria fees and admission procedures Conduct individual counseling sessions to address student queries and concerns Assist students in completing the application process including document verification and fee submission Guide students through the admission process including entrance exams and interviews Follow-up and Enrollment Maintain regular communication with prospective students to address their queries and concerns Follow up with admitted students to ensure timely enrollment and fee payment Coordinate with relevant departments to facilitate a smooth transition for enrolled students Data Management Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospective and admitted students Utilize CRM software to track student interactions and progress Generate reports on recruitment and enrollment metrics Campus Visits and Events Organize and conduct campus tours for prospective students and their parents Participate in college-wide events and initiatives to promote admissions Qualifications Bachelor s degree in a relevant field e g Education Marketing or Business Administration Proven experience in admissions counseling or a related field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Robust organizational and time management skills Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools Ability to work independently and as part of a team Passion for education and a commitment to student success Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 13 349 77 - 43 680 77 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Leave encashment Life insurance Provident Fund Education Higher Secondary 12th Pass Preferred Language Kannada Required Work Location In person
