Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed cost estimates bills of quantities BOQ and feasibility studies during the design phase Develop tender documentation and assist in contractor selection and negotiations Monitor project costs and expenditures throughout the construction phase update budgets and track variation Perform interim valuations issue payment certificates and manage subcontractor payments Identify and mitigate commercial risks perform value engineering to optimize cost-efficiency Administer contracts including variation orders claims and final account settlements Conduct site inspections to validate progress and completed works Ensure compliance with legal regulatory health safety and quality standards Prepare and present regular cost reports cash flow forecasts and final project summaries to stakeholders Collaborate effectively with clients architects engineers contractors and project managers Required Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Quantity Surveying Construction Management Civil Engineering or a related field Minimum4 years of experience in quantity surveying cost consultancy or related commercial roles Professional accreditation e g RICS AIQS is an advantage Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Advantages Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Application Question s How many years of experience do you have in QS WHAT IS YOUR CURRENT SALARY Work Location In person
