Key Responsibilities Develop complete MEP Mechanical Electrical Plumbing system designs and engineering drawings Prepare HVAC design including heat load calculations equipment selection ducting layouts and piping layouts Perform electrical load calculations SLD preparation lighting layouts power layouts and earthing system design Prepare plumbing drainage fire-fighting system design and schematic drawings Review architectural structural drawings and ensure clash-free coordination across all MEP services Prepare BOQs specifications technical submittals and equipment schedules Ensure compliance with IS Codes NBC local authority norms and industry standards Coordinate with vendors consultants and project teams for design inputs and technical support Support project execution teams during installation testing commissioning Conduct technical meetings with clients and provide design clarifications Ensure timely delivery of all design drawings and documentation Required Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of HVAC electrical plumbing fire-fighting systems Proficiency in AutoCAD MS Office knowledge of HAP TRACE Revit MEP or E-Plan is an advantage Good understanding of Indian codes and standards Strong analytical problem-solving and coordination skills Ability to manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines Qualifications Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Diploma candidates with solid experience may also be considered Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
