Job Overview We are looking for a energetic and technically strong Senior Project Engineer who can also efficiently manage project coordination activities The ideal candidate must be capable of handling multiple project sites coordinating with internal and external stakeholders and ensuring smooth project execution Strong Excel skills and project documentation capabilities are essential Key Roles ResponsibilitiesProject Management Site Coordination Manage and oversee multiple project sites within the Navi Mumbai region and Pan-India locations as required Ensure timely execution of project activities as per the planned schedule Coordinate with contractors vendors and internal teams for smooth project implementation Visit sites regularly to monitor progress resolve issues and ensure adherence to project standards Client Handling Communication Attend weekly client meetings and provide clear updates on project status risks and action plans Handle client escalations professionally and provide quick effective solutions Act as a decision-maker for site-related matters and ensure client expectations are met Technical Expertise Apply engineering knowledge preferably B E in Mechanical to interpret drawings technical specifications and project requirements Ensure compliance with safety standards quality guidelines and operational procedures Documentation Reporting Prepare detailed MIS reports progress trackers project schedules and dashboards using advanced Excel Maintain project documentation site reports meeting MOMs and resource utilization records Track material movement project timelines manpower deployment and inventory Cross-functional Coordination Work closely with procurement planning design and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and resources Provide project coordination support to senior management and support decision-making through accurate data reporting Required Skills Qualifications B E Mechanical Engineering with 3 years of relevant experience Prior experience in project execution project coordination or site engineering is preferred Strong competency in MS Excel VLOOKUP Pivot Table Dashboard Creation Data Analysis Excellent communication client handling and problem-solving skills Ability to manage pressure multitask and handle escalations independently Willingness to travel to Pan-India project locations as required Strong organizational and documentation skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
