Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and creative social media executive to join our agile team and champion our brand voice across various social media platforms As a social media guru you will play a crucial role in developing and executing engaging content strategies to drive brand awareness increase website traffic and ultimately generate leads and contribute to sales growth You will be responsible for creating compelling content managing online communities building relationships with influencers and analyzing the performance of our social media campaigns Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company s overall marketing goals and objectives Create and curate high-quality engaging content across various social media platforms e g Facebook Twitter LinkedIn Instagram etc aligned with target audiences and platform best practices Schedule and publish content consistently maintaining a balanced editorial calendar Manage and respond to comments messages and inquiries on social media channels in a timely and professional manner Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics using analytics tools and report on campaign effectiveness Stay up-to-date on social media trends algorithms and best practices to optimize campaigns and adapt strategies accordingly Identify and engage with relevant influencers and online communities to build brand awareness and generate leads Collaborate with other departments e g marketing sales PR to ensure a consistent brand voice and message across all channels Contribute to the development and execution of social media advertising campaigns Qualifications A bachelor s degree in marketing communication digital media or a related field is preferred Minimum 1 years of experience working in a social media marketing role Excellent understanding of social media platforms including Facebook Twitter LinkedIn Instagram etc and their specific algorithms and audiences Strong ability to create high-quality engaging written and visual content Experience with social media analytics tools and reporting a proven track record of successfully running social media campaigns and driving results Excellent communication interpersonal and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Creative and strategic thinking with a passion for social media Benefits Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Be part of a team that is passionate about making a difference Continuous learning and development opportunities Flexible work arrangements may be available Job Type Full time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Experience total work 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
