Position NPD New Product Development Engineer Key Responsibilities Develop and design new products based on customer requirements market trends and business needs Conduct feasibility studies material selection prototyping and process optimization Prepare detailed drawings 3D models and technical documentation using CAD tools Collaborate with production quality and procurement teams to ensure manufacturability and cost-effectiveness Conduct product testing validation and trials to ensure compliance with standards Support continuous improvement in existing products and processes Manage project timelines and ensure achievement of milestones Coordinate with suppliers and customers for technical discussions and feedback Maintain systematic documentation for all NPD projects Skills Required Strong knowledge of CAD software AutoCAD SolidWorks or equivalent Understanding of rubber polymer or mechanical product design preferred Good knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality systems Solid analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Qualification BE B Tech in Mechanical Production Polymer or related engineering field Experience 2-5 years of experience in new product development preferably in rubber plastic engineering industries Gender Male Female Location Umargaon Gujarat Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Provident Fund Experience NPD Engineer 1 year Required Language English Required
