Key Responsibilities Execute and monitor day-to-day API manufacturing operations as per approved Batch Production Records BPR BMR Ensure production activities comply with cGMP WHO FDA and regulatory guidelines Supervise and control processes such as reaction filtration centrifugation drying distillation and purification Prepare review and maintain all production documents including BMR SOPs logs and equipment cleaning records Coordinate with QA QC Engineering and EHS teams for batch approval material clearance and process compliance Handle production equipment such as reactors centrifuges dryers scrubbers and condensers Monitor critical process parameters CPPs and critical quality attributes CQAs Participate in deviation investigation CAPA preparation and root cause analysis Ensure proper handling storage and labeling of raw materials intermediates and finished APIs Implement process improvements yield enhancement and cost-saving initiatives Ensure safe working practices and adherence to EHS guidelines HAZOP PPE compliance chemical safety Support validation activities including process validation cleaning validation and equipment qualification Maintain production shift reports and ensure timely completion of batches Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Advantages Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
