Key Responsibilities Enter and update daily production data output quantities material consumption downtime labor hours etc using GATI production management software Review and verify production documents for accuracy resolve discrepancies by coordinating with production supervisors and team leads Maintain digital logs of work orders production batches machine reports and inventory movements Generate and distribute production reports through GATI for management and department use Assist in monitoring inventory levels by recording material receipts returns and usage Ensure data integrity by routinely checking for errors missing entries and incomplete documents Support production planning and scheduling teams by providing accurate up-to-date data Follow company policies safety procedures and confidentiality standards Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent associate degree in business manufacturing or related field preferred Experience using GATI production or inventory management software mandatory 1-2 years of data entry or production office experience in a manufacturing environment preferred Strong typing and data entry accuracy speed and precision Proficient in MS Excel Word and basic computer operations Excellent attention to detail organizational skills and ability to work under deadlines Strong communication skills for interacting with production and warehouse teams Key Competencies Accuracy attention to detail Time management Problem-solving skills Familiarity with manufacturing processes Ability to work independently and in a team setting Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
