Inward Supervisor Position Overview The Inward Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all incoming materials ensuring proper receipt verification documentation and storage This role ensures accuracy of inventory compliance with quality standards and smooth coordination with purchase stores quality and production teams Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage daily inward material activities Verify GRN Goods Receipt Note entries supplier invoices and delivery challans Inspect incoming materials for quantity quality and specifications as per purchase orders Coordinate with Quality Control Quality Assurance for material sampling and approval Ensure proper labelling segregation and storage of received materials Maintain accurate stock records in ERP software Monitor unloading activities and ensure adherence to safety standards Communicate discrepancies or shortages to the Purchase Department Prepare and submit daily inward reports to management Train and supervise store helpers loaders and inward staff Ensure FIFO FEFO practices are followed for material handling Skills Requirements Graduate Diploma in Supply Chain Logistics or related field 6-1 years of experience in store inward operations freshers can apply to Robust communication leadership and problem-solving skills Employment Details Job Types Full-time Permanent Language English Hindi Hindi is Mandatory Kannada optional Salary Range 15 000 - 18 000 per month depending on qualification and interview Location Site No 74-75 No 194 Hosur Rd behind Metro wholesale Konappana Agrahara Electronic City Beratena Agrahara Bengaluru Karnataka 560100 Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 15 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Work Location In person
