Job Summary This position exists to organise and execute the activities related to operations in shift with the objective of achieving the desired productivity as per agreement reduce rework and rework below the targets ensure uptime improvement of the critical machines and do continual improvements to achive the desired objectives PQCDSM Job Purpose This position exists to organise and execute the activities related to operations in shift with the objective of achieving the desired productivity as per agreement reduce rework and rework below the targets ensure uptime improvement of the critical machines and do continual improvements to achive the desired objectives PQCDSM Job Responsibilities Duties and Responsibilities To coordinate with planning and execute daily production plan as per the target Organize manage manufacturing workflows and resources to ensure work allotment to all workers Plan determine optimal utilization of manufacturing workers and equipment to meet manufacturing goals Ensure production target completion by each operators and monitor planned vs actual work for all workers across all shifts Review gaps in planned vs actual production resolve issues and delays in production Take corrective actions and do horizontal deployment to avoid occurrence of the same Review pain areas to implement continual projects to reduce rework rejection and improve productivity Implement actions for evaluation done by shift manager on manufacturing processes based on quality criteria such as efficiency and speed Study production and machine requirements Optimize facility layouts production lines machine operations and network performance for smooth material identification and flow Integrate disparate systems Coordinate with Shift Managers and Planning team to ensure timely production as per norms Coordinate with relevant stake holders to ensure availability of material on the lines to avoid line losses Provide timely On Job Training to workman to make them multi skill evaluate training effectiveness to avoid any occurrence of rejection and customer complaint Ensure strict adherence to customer specific requirements and train workers and contract person on customer specific requirements Coordinate with maintenance department for timely resolution of breakdowns to increase uptime of machines Ensure timely coordination with R D function on new product development and ensure its timely productionisation Implement actions for timely resolution of customer complaint and work on avoiding repeatition of customer complaint Ensure compliance to guidelines of QMS IATF EHS and Customer audit Collaborate Vendors Suppliers and Contract agencies for availability of parts in time Drive zero defect methodology across plant and work towards implementation of the actions Implement actions to improve current product development traceability Additional Information Fill the Data Correctly Job Closure Date 16-12-2025 Contact Person Nikhil Aniwal nikhil aniwal pixtrans com Contact Address J-7 MIDC Hingna Road Nagpur Maharashtra 440016 Phone (phone hidden) Job Requisition Code JR00000243 Education Qualification B Tech
