We are seeking a highly experienced Plant Head to lead the entire manufacturing operations of our WHO-GMP certified pharmaceutical unit Dallas Drugs Pvt Ltd Baddi The ideal candidate will be responsible for production excellence compliance strategic planning cost efficiency manpower leadership and overall plant performance Key Responsibilities Lead and manage end-to-end plant operations including Production QA QC Engineering Warehouse HR Compliance Ensure all manufacturing activities comply with WHO-GMP regulatory standards and approved SOPs Plan and achieve production targets improve productivity and optimize resource utilization Oversee quality systems audits regulatory inspections and timely implementation of CAPA Ensure timely batch manufacturing documentation accuracy and cross-department coordination Lead and mentor department heads build team capabilities and maintain high discipline safety culture Ensure statutory compliance labour laws EHS pollution control fire safety etc Represent the plant to management with regular reporting on performance risks and improvements Job Type Full time Pay 75 000 00 - 150 000 00 per year Experience Plant Head 10 years Required Work Location In person
