Job Title Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer Position Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to join our dynamic and fast-growing team The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing developing and implementing innovative marketing automation solutions within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud SFMC platform This role will focus on enhancing customer engagement and driving business growth by leveraging Marketing Cloud capabilities to deliver highly personalized and impactful omni-channel marketing experiences Key Responsibilities Campaign Development Automation Build and deploy integrated marketing automation solutions including complex customer journeys using Journey Builder and automated workflows via Automation Studio with personalization and trigger-based campaign execution Data Management Analytics Create and manage Data Extensions optimize audience segmentation ensure data integrity and write complex SQL queries for data extraction transformation and audience targeting Email Landing Page Development Design and develop responsive email templates content blocks and landing pages using HTML CSS and AMPscript to ensure compatibility and personalization across devices API Integrations Customizations Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and external systems including Salesforce CRM and third-party applications using REST and SOAP APIs Troubleshooting Optimization Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics implement A B testing troubleshoot technical issues perform IP warming and apply industry-standard email and marketing automation best practices Platform Expertise Collaboration Stay current with SFMC platform updates and collaborate with cross-functional teams Marketing CRM IT and Product to translate business needs into technical marketing automation solutions Salesforce Administration Provide hands-on support with Salesforce administrative tasks as needed Required Skills Experience Experience Minimum 3 years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud development implementation experience Technical Proficiency in SFMC Modules Email Studio Journey Builder Automation Studio Mobile Studio and Data Extensions Core Technical Skills AMPscript dynamic content personalization SQL data manipulation segmentation HTML CSS email landing page development SSJS JavaScript advanced scripting and programmatic automation Integration Experience Experience building platform integrations using SOAP REST APIs Data Modeling Audience Management Expertise in creating and managing data structures segmentation and data flows Marketing Automation Best Practices Deep understanding of email marketing principles and customer journey strategies Soft Skills Strong problem-solving analytical thinking and ability to work effectively in a quick-paced collaborative team environment IT Experience Requirement 6 years of overall IT experience with 4 years in development and hands-on practical expertise in 2 coding languages or advanced expertise in 1
