Job Title Business Loan SME Team Lead - Collections Job Summary The Business Loan SME Team Lead - Collections is responsible for overseeing the collections function for SME business loan portfolios ensuring timely recovery of outstanding accounts while maintaining strong customer relationships and adhering to regulatory risk and policy guidelines This role leads a team of collection specialists provides subject-matter expertise in business loan collections and drives strategies to reduce delinquencies improve portfolio health and optimize collection effectiveness Key Responsibilities Team Leadership Management Lead supervise and support a team of SME business loan collection officers and specialists Assign and monitor workloads to ensure effective handling of delinquent accounts Provide coaching training and performance evaluations to drive continuous improvement and policy adherence Motivate the team to meet collection targets and service-level expectations Collections Strategy Execution Develop implement and refine collection strategies tailored to business lending portfolios Monitor delinquency trends and ensure effective recovery actions are taken based on risk segmentation Oversee skip tracing restructuring recommendations field visits and negotiation strategies for complex cases Recommend legal action or escalation to recovery units for non-performing assets NPAs when necessary Credit Risk Portfolio Management Review high-risk or high-value accounts and provide expert input on recovery options Ensure compliance with internal credit policies regulatory requirements and risk management frameworks Collaborate with credit underwriting and risk teams to identify systemic risk issues and propose preventive measures Analyze portfolio performance early warning signs and borrower behavior patterns to reduce future delinquency Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Education Higher Secondary 12th Pass Required Experience Field sales 4 years Required Management 4 years Required Sales 4 years Required Language Hindi Required Work Location In person
