A Textile Billing Supervisor oversees the billing process for a textile company which includes supervising a team ensuring accurate and timely invoicing for textile goods reconciling billing data with sales and dispatch records resolving discrepancies and generating financial reports This role requires robust leadership attention to detail and excellent communication skills with responsibilities ranging from processing transactions and managing customer accounts to improving billing procedures and ensuring regulatory compliance Key responsibilities Team management Supervise train and provide guidance to a team of billing specialists Billing process management Oversee the entire billing cycle from preparing and issuing invoices to processing payments and ensuring accurate record-keeping Data verification and reconciliation Reconcile billing data with sales and dispatch records verify details for accuracy and resolve any discrepancies with other departments such as sales or operations Financial oversight Ensure billing processes comply with regulations assist with month-end closing and prepare reports for management on key metrics and areas for improvement Customer and internal communication Act as a liaison to resolve customer billing inquiries and disputes and collaborate with internal teams on billing-related issues Process improvement Identify opportunities to improve billing procedures for efficiency and accuracy and implement new processes or systems Required skills and qualifications Leadership and management skills Ability to supervise and motivate a team Analytical and problem-solving skills Capable of analyzing data identifying discrepancies and resolving complex billing issues Attention to detail and accuracy Essential for ensuring that invoices and records are correct Communication skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with both internal teams and external clients Technical proficiency Experience with billing software and systems Education and experience A high school diploma is typically required with an associate or bachelor s degree in finance accounting or a related field being a plus Prior experience in billing or a related field is essential with a preference for experience in the textile industry Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 22 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Paid time off Work Location In person
