Key Responsibilities 1 Monitoring Surveillance Monitor live and recorded CCTV footage in real time to identify suspicious activities or security breaches Maintain continuous observation of assigned areas through surveillance systems Conduct routine checks to ensure all cameras and recording devices are functioning correctly 2 Incident Reporting Response Immediately report any unusual suspicious or unlawful activity to the Security Supervisor or relevant authority Assist in incident management and provide evidence video recordings snapshots logs as required Document all incidents in the daily logbook system 3 Equipment Handling Maintenance Ensure CCTV equipment monitors and recording devices are operational at all times Report equipment faults or system malfunctions to the technical team Properly manage data storage and ensure recordings are archived according to company policy 4 Compliance Confidentiality Follow all security protocols SOPs and data protection regulations Maintain strict confidentiality of all footage and sensitive information Operate surveillance equipment ethically and in compliance with local laws 5 Coordination Support Support on-ground security staff by relaying real-time information Coordinate with emergency services when required Assist in investigations by providing relevant footage and reports Qualifications SkillsEducation Experience High school diploma or equivalent higher education preferred Prior experience as a CCTV Operator or in a security-related role is an advantage Knowledge of CCTV systems control room procedures and incident management Technical Skills Proficiency in operating CCTV and video surveillance software Basic IT skills computers monitors recording devices Ability to multitask in a quick-paced monitoring environment Personal Skills Strong attention to detail and situational awareness Excellent communication skills written and verbal Ability to remain calm under pressure High level of integrity discretion and professionalism Job Type Full-time Pay From 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
