Job description Real Estate Experience is Must - B E Civil Engineering Job Title QA QC Engineer - Civil Project Location Hinjewadi Ravet Pune Experience Minimum 5 Years Industry Residential Commercial Construction Qualification B E B Tech in Civil Engineering Job Type Full-time Key Responsibilities Develop and implement Quality Assurance Quality Control Plans specific to project needs Monitor daily construction activities and ensure adherence to technical specifications drawings and quality standards Review and verify method statements inspection checklists and material approvals Conduct and document site inspections and material testing as per QA QC protocols Identify non-conformance issues raise NCRs and ensure corrective preventive actions are implemented effectively Liaise with consultants architects contractors and internal site teams for quality compliance and resolution of issues Ensure proper documentation of inspection reports test results checklists and calibration certificates Implement best practices for quality management including internal audits and training of site teams Ensure compliance with IS codes NBC and company quality policies Supervise the execution of civil works like concrete steel finishing waterproofing etc ensuring top quality delivery Requirements Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering mandatory Minimum 5 years of QA QC experience in residential and commercial construction projects Strong working knowledge of building materials IS standards and quality systems Valuable communication team coordination and problem-solving skills Experience in managing multiple contractors and vendors with attention to detail Proficiency in QA QC documentation report preparation and quality audits Job Types Full-time Permanent Work Location In person Job Type Full-time Pay From 40 000 00 per month Work Location In person
