Role We re looking for an individual that is comfortable working in a dynamic environment has the ability to take initiative and deliver on projects and multitask At their core persons interested in this role should be aligned with the organization s aspiration of creating a mental health infrastructure in the country for underserved communities This is a full-time role The candidate will be expected to work 5 5 days a week 9 hours a day with an hour s break Responsibilities The candidate will work closely with the Strategy Operations Lead S O Lead and report directly to them The role will include but is not limited to Collaborating with the S O Lead to build the organizational strategy Ensuring the smooth functioning of and supporting the execution of all existing programs Monitoring and evaluating the performance of programs and interventions including designing appropriate evaluation frameworks analysing data and supporting the creation of relevant reports Ideating designing and managing the end-to-end implementation of new programs and interventions while exploring growth opportunities for existing programs Supporting Program Officers in identifying finalizing and managing collaborations and partnerships Assisting with overall marketing and communications as well as administrative tasks such as vendor liaison recruitment and training of new hires Representing Mann Talks at external events and meetings Performing any other tasks assigned by the S O Lead All programs of Mann Talks are full funded by the Shantilal Shanghvi Foundation and so there are no fund-raising responsibilities that the candidate will need to shoulder Desirous Candidates Must Graduate Post Graduate degree preferably in management or social sciences Work experience of at least 5 years preferably in consulting or development sector Project management skills refined through experience in planning and managing medium to large-scale projects with high levels of autonomy and stakeholder management Solid problem-solving analytical and presentation skills Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay organized and juggle multiple priorities Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Highest standards of integrity ethics and professionalism Willing to commit for a duration of at least two years Reporting To Strategy and Operations Lead Location Mumbai The position is for the initial period of one year and will be extended depending on performance Salary shall be commensurate with the candidate s skills and experience Shortlisted candidates will go through our interview process The selected candidate would be required to join immediately after confirmation Please reach out to contact manntalks org in case you have any questions Job Type Full-time Pay 55 000 00 - 70 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Application Question s Earliest Possible Joining Date Languages It is a full-time work from office role We don t have a hybrid working option Do you agree to working in a physical office which is based in Mumbai Andheri-Mira Road belt Salary expectation Kindly keep in mind that we are a NGO and operate on a non-profit model Work Location In person Application Deadline 20 05 2025
