Role Purpose The Junior Corporate Lawyer will provide comprehensive legal support to MAGAS Services operations in Goa and the UAE The candidate will assist in drafting contracts ensuring regulatory compliance conducting legal research supporting corporate transactions and helping the senior legal team with cross-border corporate advisory dispute resolution and corporate governance Key Responsibilities Draft review and manage contracts NDAs MoUs vendor consultancy agreements employment contracts and SLAs Assist in negotiating contracts with clients partners and vendors under senior guidance Maintain a centralized contract management system to track execution renewals and compliance milestones Support statutory filings and regulatory compliance under Indian Companies Act ROC FEMA SEBI and UAE corporate Free Zone laws Track licenses approvals and compliance obligations in India and UAE Prepare board and shareholder resolutions and maintain corporate governance documentation Conduct legal research on corporate commercial and regulatory matters Monitor legislative changes and regulatory updates Assist in due diligence M A joint ventures investments and strategic partnerships including drafting agreements and reports Support senior lawyers in transaction execution risk evaluation and closing procedures Assist external counsels in arbitration litigation and dispute resolution preparing documentation and maintaining case trackers Identify and help mitigate legal and compliance risks by contributing to internal policies SOPs and best practice guides Maintain organized legal records templates and knowledge repositories Support cross-border operations in India Goa and UAE coordinating with local teams and external counsels Ideal Candidate Profile LLB from a recognized university LLM preferred but not mandatory 1 5-3 years experience in corporate commercial law or freshers with strong internship exposure Exposure to UAE corporate or Free Zone law is a plus Drafting and reviewing contracts and corporate documents Basic knowledge of Indian corporate law FEMA and SEBI regulations Familiarity with corporate governance compliance and risk management processes Legal research and summarization of regulatory matters Strong analytical and problem-solving ability Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented highly organized and able to learn quickly Ability to work in a fast-paced cross-border environment Performance Indicators KPIs Accuracy and timeliness of contracts and legal documents Compliance with statutory filings and regulatory obligations Quality and timeliness of legal research and advisory support Contribution to risk mitigation and process improvements Responsiveness and collaboration with senior lawyers and business teams Perks Benefits Competitive salary with performance-linked incentives Mentorship from experienced corporate lawyers Exposure to cross-border legal transactions and corporate governance Opportunity to work directly with senior management Career acceleration in a quick-growing professional services firm Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Contractual Temporary Contract length 12 months Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Commuter assistance Flexible schedule Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Work from home Application Question s Are you Comfortable to start off with 27k Education Bachelor s Required Experience drafting and reviewing contracts and corporate documents 2 years Required Indian corporate law FEMA and SEBI regulations 2 years Required exposure to UAE corporate law or Free Zone regulations 1 year Required Language English Required Location Madgaon Goa Required Work Location Remote
