Role responsibilities - Lead the team towards operational excellence while performing the client contract Execute assigned client contracts and implement continual process improvements to ensure customer retention To ensure required no of headcount in place for the day operation Providing of timely MIS KPI reports to the Customer HO in the predetermined formats Maintain all transaction records in the Warehouse Maintain Inventory Accuracy and Location Accuracy 100 on daily basis Responsible for daily cycle count and stock count as well on reconciliation Ensure proper accountability on WMS for day to day operation Ensure all the staff wearing PPE and maintain 5s in the floor operation Lead the team to improve safety quality housekeeping standards company and client SOPs and audit requirements by coordinating with the safety and audit teams Preferred candidate profile - Minimum of 2-5 years experience in a warehousing and distribution environment Degree or equivalent professional qualification in Logistics or Supply Chain Management Concept Knowledge in ERP or Inventory Management Systems Effective communication and excellent inter personal skills Strong analytical skills with sound computer literacy Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Perks Provident Fund Experience Operations 2 years Preferred Work Location In person
