Job Title Project Manager - Interior Design Experience 4 to 5 Years Location Add Location Job Type Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Project Manager with 4-5 years of experience in the interior design or fit-out industry The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing interior design projects from concept to completion ensuring they are delivered on time within budget and to the highest standards of quality Key Responsibilities Plan coordinate and oversee interior design projects from start to finish Work closely with designers architects vendors and contractors Prepare project timelines schedules and budgets Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise Ensure all work complies with design specifications and safety standards Conduct regular site visits to track work progress Manage client communication and maintain strong client relationships Source materials furnishings and liaise with suppliers Ensure timely delivery of materials and execution of project stages Maintain project documentation and reports Requirements Bachelor s degree in Interior Design Civil Engineering Architecture or a related field 4-5 years of proven experience in project management within the interior design or construction field Strong knowledge of design processes materials and construction methods Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficient in project management tools and design software AutoCAD SketchUp MS Project etc Ability to lead teams and resolve on-site challenges efficiently Preferred Skills PMP or similar project management certification optional but a plus Experience working in residential commercial or hospitality interior projects Understanding of local building codes and regulations Job Type Full time Work Location In person
