Location Zirakpur Company- Bizz Digital Solutions OPC Pvt Ltd Employment Type Full-Time Experience 1-3 years in pharmaceutical sales or field sales Education Bachelor s Degree or related field Job Overview We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive Sales Coordinator to support our sales and business development teams This role requires proactive coordination reporting and direct engagement with clients to drive revenue A personal bike is mandatory for travel across assigned territories Key Responsibilities Coordinate activities to achieve sales revenue targets Attend daily team meetings and assist Sales Manager in creating meeting notes Support business development and sales teams by following up with customers arranging appointments demos and aligning team activities Assist in sales closure through quotation creation follow-up calls and payment tracking Update leads and sales data regularly in CRM tools Prepare reports quotations and minutes of meetings on behalf of the team manager Respond to customer calls emails and messages when sales representatives are unavailable Handle orders via phone email or messages and ensure their accuracy and aesthetics Maintain sales records and submit daily weekly monthly reports to the manager Attend and organize team training sessions as required Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills High level of self-motivation and proactive work approach Proven track record in sales coordination or field sales Strong inter-team collaboration skills Must own a bike for travel across assigned areas Preferred Qualifications Experience in any sales or marketing Familiarity with MS Office Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry landscape What We Offer Competitive salary with performance-based incentives Career growth opportunities in a dynamic and innovative environment Exposure to the pharmaceutical industry and career development programs Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Language English Preferred Work Location In person
