for helping clients and organizations processes trade finance transactions by providing superior service delivery to trade customers whilst safeguarding the bank from risks associated with this business Develop and deliver core banking solutions for the applications that process the essential functions of banks including account management interest calculations cash deposits and withdrawals processing customer management and product management What are we looking for o Understanding about covenants borrowing base calculations for business banking loans o Testing covenants regularly and monitoring Borrowing Base regularly for any North American banks o Should have extensive understanding about the commercial lending loan operations components services various types of documents and document repository systems and line of businesses o Good oral and written communication is must since the process requires sending emails to internal external stakeholders o Responsible to Accurate review and verification of documents is crucial o Basic understanding of Banking on Loan processing operations o Experience in servicing of commercial loans o Applies specialized functional area skills and basic knowledge including underlying professional technical principles or standards which are well defined o Extract account level information from the loan documents and update the booking systems with the procedures available o Validate the account level information between the documents and the booking system for accuracy compliance o Adhere to the policy guidelines and onboard the loan in the client system o Organize the documents as per the manual o o Process to gather all the necessary information to complete the request o Maintain turn around time and quality as per the agreed SLAs o Candidates with knowledge of different loan systems owned by various banks o Suggest and implement process improvements and synergies on an ongoing basis o Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally with payment teammates and leadership to understand implement and support key strategic initiatives and solve operational issues o Monitor production and personnel statistics and reporting in support of deal operation o Research complex issues utilizing internal and external resources and contacts o Lead coordination planning scheduling and execution of activities within assigned team o Improve consistency of operations across processes through ongoing communication and best-practice sharing o Complete all MIS reports according to schedule requirements o Mentor and assist the current employees to come up the learning curve o Validate the document package prepared by team members o Providing work product within the stringent timeline and improved quality o
