As Distribution Executive you will be responsible for Purchase Billing Recording purchase entries of any inward stocks saleable sample promotional etc Preparing and processing billing of outward stocks saleable sample promotional etc Ensure Purchase sales bill are approved by your superiors signed checked throughly before preparing for dispatch In case of billing to stockiest ensure batchwise billing recheck the rates MRP s batch number expiry date and physical stock prior to dispatch in co-ordination with your manager Conducting Audit with your superiors Dispatch Logistics Coordinate with office staff Reporting Manager for smooth dispatch Execute dispatch as per dispatch plan provided by your superior Track courier transport dispatches and follow up in case of delays or non-receipt keeping your superiors informed Stockist Relationship Management Maintain healthy business relations with all stockists Coordinate with Area Managers for timely communication with stockists as directed by your manager superior Maintaining Records Maintain accurate record books of payments billied invoices receivables promotional items sent to sales representatives stockiest Ensure proper through validation of your record book with your superior Promotional Material Distribution Packing of samples gifts and promotional material to sales representatives as per company instructions Preparing Dispatch note for the same in co-ordination with manager director Reporting Coordination Provide regular updates on payment status dispatches and stockist issues to the Distribution Manager Director Assist in resolving any operational issues related to stockists or dispatch Compliance Confidentiality Ensure all distribution activities comply with company policies Maintain confidentiality of company data records and stockist information Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 11 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Perks Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Life insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
