Role responsibilities Communicating externally with vendors for purchased component selection Maintain on budgetary scheduling and report on project progress plans and problems that could significantly affect costs or schedules Ensure projects are done according to customers requirements and specifications Monitor engineering changes are duly updated Conduct project status meetings with customers and project team Assist in troubleshooting during manufacturing and build Inspecting and testing equipment before deliver Audit and manage compliance of Supplier Quality Programs and Systems to ensure and satisfy applicable internal Quality requirements Measure monitor and report and account for all Quality KPIs Participate as an active member of the Project Start Up Team to ensure Quality considerations and Design Quality have been implemented prior to new project start Manage specifications and train staff to ensure top quality In-specification production and QA inspections are being adhered to and executed Perform batch record review and batch release as required Manage site nonconformance s and CAPAs and lead investigations as necessary Sustain and drive Lean Manufacturing and 5S activities driving Quality CI initiatives Ensure Supplier processes programs and controls are intact and executed against to deliver top quality product to customers Identify drive and support all Continuous Improvement CI efforts Education Experience College diploma and 5-10 years Quality Management experience related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience Experience with ERP MRP Systems Experience with Microsoft Office Word Excel Outlook Ability to communicate effectively through oral and written communications Preferred Qualifications Regulatory cGMP manufacturing experience Strong Sourcing network Experience with Engineering Drawings Familiar with Solid works and or other 3D modelling software will be advantageous Experience leading teams or projects strongly desired Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement CI experience Position Requirements 60 Travel International and Domestic Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 1 000 000 00 - 1 600 000 00 per year Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Provident Fund Experience SolidWorks 4 years Required Work Location In person
