Our Story ISMG is a tech- enabled global intelligence firm specializing in cybersecurity journalism technology and artificial intelligence We deliver a comprehensive portfolio of content data analytics training and market intelligence to support cybersecurity operational technology OT fraud prevention and risk management industries With 10 brands 38 digital media properties and over 400 premier events annually ISMG connects a network of over 2M executives decision-makers and innovators with the insights and opportunities they need to stay ahead The Opportunity ISMG is currently seeking a Data Mining Research Specialist to join our team In this role you will contribute to a variety of critical data projects conducting thorough research on various aspects of the ISMG subscriber base By consistently updating data entry points your work will ensure all relevant information is accurate and current Responsibilities Executing research projects involving standardized and customized data sets catering to ISMG s customer base and internal business needs Contributing to the management of large data sets ensuring accuracy integrity and timely delivery of projects Collaborating with internal stakeholders to provide regular progress updates proactively identifying challenges or potential roadblocks and addressing them promptly Requirements Preferred ExperienceBachelor s Degree in Business Marketing Statistics or a related field is preferred At least one year of qualified experience in Market Research fields Advanced expertise in Excel with the ability to handle complex data analysis tasks Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint with a strong ability to learn and adapt to other data and marketing programs quickly Data manipulation and or quantitative research experience is preferred In lieu of experience must have a strong desire to learn Experience with hierarchical databases and exposure to data software packages is preferred Knowledge of Power BI is a major advantage Exceptional communication both written and verbal along with strong presentation abilities Excellent time management and project management skills Additional Details Location on-site at our Mumbai office Mandatory in-office presence required Monday-Friday during standard hours of operation wDq6E1RKvd
