rewarding long-term careers Overview We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Oracle HRIS Lead Solution Specialist to join our Gallagher Center of Excellence GCOE team in India Reporting to the Global HRIS Leader US this role will be responsible for implementing managing Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Core HR Payroll Absence Benefits Compensation and Performance for our growing India Team The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle HCM modules strong project management skills and a passion for driving digital HR transformation The candidate will work closely with onsite HRIS team to design configure and roll out solutions tailored to India-specific requirements ensuring compliance efficiency and a seamless employee experience How you ll make an impact Responsibilities Provide dedicated HRIS support for India HR Payroll related operations ensuring timely resolution of issues and alignment with local compliance requirements Collaborate with India HR Payroll teams to understand business needs and translate them into system requirements Partner with HRIS team to design scalable and compliant Oracle HCM Cloud solutions Participate in configuration testing and deployment of new features and enhancements Support change management and training efforts during rollout phases Stay updated on the latest features and updates in Oracle HCM Cloud to enhance existing solutions Conduct thorough testing to identify and resolve issues before deployment Conduct training sessions and workshops as needed for end-users to maximize the utilization of Oracle HCM features Work closely with the integration team to build maintain the integrations as needed About you Proven experience in Oracle HCM Cloud and having multiple project implementation Support experience in Core HR Payroll Absence Management Compensation and Performance modules 7 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud along with leading the development teams in delivering the solutions as needed Strong understanding of India HR processes statutory requirements and payroll compliance Strong experience in handling various key concepts i e Fast formulas Eligibility Profiles HDL HSDL and HCM Extracts Thorough hands-on configuration working with technical and functional set up Working experience in developing reports using BI Publisher OTBI Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to quickly understand the business concepts converting them into technical solutions while considering the broader cross-module Oracle HCM impacts Implementation of India payroll in Oracle HCM Cloud is a plus Working experience on Oracle Digital Assistant AI tools is a plus Bachelor s degree or equivalent years of experience Desired Work Characteristics 10 years of related experience in HCM Applications Outstanding written and verbal communications ability to communicate complex technical matters to all levels of leadership aligning communication style to the needs of the customer Excellent project management skills with detailed understanding of SDLC methodologies with ability to hold self and project resources accountable for deliverables Good judgment
