Job Information Date Opened 27 07 2025 Job Type Full time Industry Engineering City Noida Province Uttar Pradesh Country India Postal Code 201301 About CRA At CRA we design and build custom-engineered systems that power the Energy and Defence sectors From combustion systems and flares to biogas and weapon handling equipment our work spans industries where performance matters We do everything in-house design manufacturing testing and are known for building robust long-lasting systems trusted by clients like BrahMos Aerospace ONGC and the Indian Air Force We re in a high-growth phase and building a world-class operations team to support our scale-up Role Overview We are looking for a reliable and experienced Stores Incharge to take full ownership of stores and inventory operations at our main factory This is a hands-on role focused on bringing structure discipline and visibility to material movement and stock management You will play a key role in implementing our ERP system SAP Business One and building robust processes for day-to-day inventory control Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate stock records for all inward and outward material Manage tagging binning and physical arrangement of material in stores Issue material to production as per indents and update records in ERP Coordinate with Procurement Projects and Production teams for material planning Prepare GRNs handle rejections and manage return processes Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical vs system stock Define and maintain reorder levels safety stock and inventory master data Lead store discipline 5S and proper documentation practices Requirements 5-8 years of experience in a stores or inventory role in a manufacturing company Robust working knowledge of ERP systems SAP B1 preferred Familiar with fabrication items hardware consumables and BOM structures Proficient in Excel and basic stock reconciliation practices Reliable process-driven and physically hands-on Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Opportunity to lead and professionalize a critical function during a high-growth phase Exposure to cross-functional teams across Engineering Projects and Production Chance to work on ERP rollout and build from the ground up Supportive non-bureaucratic team that values initiative
